Using a digital reconstruction of the heart function based on ECG data obtained in the normal way, and with the help of smart algorithms and AI, it is now possible to determine whether there is a normal or abnormal heart function within seconds. And that diagnosis is of great importance for the care and treatment of  patients.
Making an Electrocardiogram or ECG/EKG is simple, cheap and fast. Unfortunately, the classic 12 lead ECG makes it difficult for doctors to properly interpret the ECG waveforms. And to determine whether the heart is functioning normally or abnormally. Recent publications in Jama Internal Medicine (September 2020) show only 54% of these ECG's are interpreted correct by physicians.
Interpreting 12 ECG graphs can be compared with looking at a car navigation screen which only show the arrow without the underlying map. Physicians face every day the challenge to mentally relate the ECG data to the heart anatomy and to take body build, heart orientation and electrode positions also into account
We call the method that has now been developed, patented and tested CineECG. The measured ECG values ​​are presented in 3 graphs showing the cardiac axis (left-right; top-bottom; back-front) and  the doctor is also presented an image of the heart in which the primary direction of the electrical activation and recovery processes is clearly visible in either 2D or 3D dimensions.

Furthermore, the graphs and the visualisations indicate immediately the level of conformity between the recorded data and a bandwith of values for normal healthy heart activations.
CineECG relates the measured ECG values ​​to the heart anatomy. And whether the electrical current generated by the heart follows a normal pattern or whether there are abnormalities and underlying heart problems.
Until now CineECG has proven to deliver clinical value in detecting Brugada Syndrome, Bundle Branch Blocks but also in rapid distinction between normal and abnormal ECG's at COVID19 ER triage.
